The answer is A TICKET.

if you make a ticket a gm will answer it in between 1 minute and 1 hour (on gladwow may take 5 hours on retail)

but how do we make these *TICKETS*?

in the game screen u see a red question mark (?) click on that and then click on talk to a Gm choose 1 of the option and a empty screen will appear just put your problem in there and wait till one of us comes to help you
